December 2021 COVID-19 Updates

Please note that shipment delays are currently being experienced within the Australian logistics and delivery network. These delays are present in packing and dispatch operations due to pickup and delivery limitations from Australia Post and other courier networks. Restrictions are in place on pickup and delivery driver numbers due to staff safety requirements and current COVID health measures.
Factors impacting the delivery network:
- Sorting facilities closed down due to Covid-19 outbreaks
- Limited staff able to work due to social distancing
- Road and boarder closures
- Increase in online orders given the pandemic
We’re working closely with our courier partners to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
As always, our team members are working around the clock to answer your questions as soon as possible however, please note at times we are limited with the information we can provide regarding the whereabouts of orders due to the current delays.
If you've received a dispatch notification you can be sure that your parcel is on it's way, however it will take a little longer than expected.
